CapitaGreen

CapitaGreen, a redevelopment of Singapore’s first multi-storey car park (Market Street Car Park) in the business district located along Market Street is a 40-storey Grade A office tower with 3 basements and an estimated gross floor area (GFA) of 887,000sqft.

Located round the corner of the Raffles Place MRT Interchange and the Telok Ayer station at Cross Street, excavation works had to be carried out within the MRT reserves in full top down construction design. The fast tracked nature of the project coupled with complex working conditions in ultra-strengthened soil improvement materials had our team working round the clock in order to complete the excavation and hacking works through the hard stratum ahead of our client’s construction schedule.
